Last night I added some bbq tofu to my leftover stuffed squash and WOW. Get yourselves over to Book of Yum to see the recipe (you’ve got some scrolling to do, but it’s worth it). I didn’t coat and pre-bake the tofu, just fried it up instead. The sauce recipe was enough to carry it all.
