Hello all, and welcome to my very first attempt at a real food blog.
Food has been my nemesis as of late, but I feel that I’ve been making some creations worthy of sharing while trying to get around that. Facebook friends have indulged me so far with my food photo albums, but I’ve decided to expand a wee bit so that I can at least include some recipes along with my pictures.
While I am not a vegan, the vegan menu helped me out incredibly when I had to drop dairy from my diet. I was a certified cheese-oholic and couldn’t imagine life without it. Vegan bloggers and cookbooks (like the incredible Vegan with a Vengeance) helped me discover a new dairy-free world. So, what better way to get me started with food blogging and motivated to post than Post Punk Kitchen’s Vegan Mo Fo.
What in the world is Vegan Mo Fo? Why, it’s the Vegan Month of Food. The goal is to post at least 20 times through the month of October (every weekday) or more about all things vegan. And there’s a slew of great bloggers along for the ride. So, while this blog may not be completely vegan in the long run, it will certainly be for the next month.
